What you will need:
Watercolor Brushes: Rounds with a good point: No.3,5,7,9, Flats (also called “wash” brushes): anything up to 2 inches wide), small natural sponge, paper towels or napkins, mixing tray.
Watercolors: Prang Watercolor set for the TRUE beginner. (Anything cheaper than Prang is NOT watercolor, it is tempera and will not work.) Tube watercolors are also fine. Two water containers, one small and one gallon paint bucket. Newspaper to cover the tables. lap board, watercolor block, or individual watercolor sheets 18x24 in. 140 lb., blue painters tape to hold down paper.
