STUDIO SPACE
NOT STATED (9/09). STUDIO SPACES FOR RENT. City Vision has several studios for lease in the Pressroom Studios at 750 Armstrong, as well as up to three studios next door at 730 Armstrong. The cost is very low . . . anywhere from 47 cents to 53 cents per square foot. Utilities are often included within that amount. For example, my studio contains 120 square feet. I pay $56.00 per month and that price includes utilities (light, heat, water and air-conditioning). You can’t find a better price that I know of in the metro area. The good thing about the location of both settings is that the arts community is growing in KCK. Both venues are easily accessible on the 2nd Fridays Art Walk so you can have as much or as little exposure to visitors as you want. I have attached postcards with pictures of both sites and the contact information for the landlord. Feel free to call me if you have questions or cannot open my attachments. This is a wonderful deal in a burgeoning arts community. Carol V. Kariotis, Ph.D., Executive Director, Kaw Valley Arts and Humanities, Inc., PO Box 171072, Kansas City, KS 66117, 913.371.0024 (office/gallery), 913.371-0247 (fax), kariotisc@kvarts.org, Gallery location - 756 Armstrong, KCK 66101.
